HRC Secretariat

  HRC was established under the joint sponsorship of Chinese government and the United Nations organizations UNDP/UNIDO in early 1980's. It has been successfully operating for 20 years. Entrusted by Chinese Ministry of Water Resources, the Ministry of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation, the Ministry of Science & Technology, UNDP, UNIDO, ILO, FAO etc., HRC has successfully hosted many international meetings and over 70 SHP training workshops attended by over 2000 participants including 900 from 105 countries. The following table is a list of the SHP training workshops held by HRC. International training workshops have been held both in China and abroad. HRC specialists have been invited to deliver lectures in Brazil, India£¬Nepal£¬Turkey and Greece, etc. and were enthusiastically welcomed.

  HRC office building, a fourteen-floor multi-functional edifice for research and training, covers a total building area of over 8,000m2. Being fitted up with integrated facilities for international training or meeting, it could be of the best service to our friends all over the world.
