---The result of HRC's photo contest
with the theme "Attachment to HRC" was released.The
photo contest is organized by the Labor Union and Youth
League branch of HRC. With full support from various sides,
24 photos have been submitted for the contest (click
here to see the photos). These photos reflect
30 years'development of HRC since its establishment through
a variety of perspectives. The result of this contest
depends on the online votes each photo gains. The result
is as follows:
The First Prize:
No. 11

Description: The earnestness and cautiousness guarantees
quality---the picture shows PINAR project in Turkey.
Second Prize:
No. 10: Gentle breeze turns over the book leaf

Description: when I look up occasionally, I find the blue
print drawing, the pencil, the profile which has turned
yellow, the blue seal of Profile and Intelligence Office.
This has compromised a scene that is more than familiar
to me. The gentle breeze blows and turns over the book
leaf, just like the youth and wisdom that the hydraulic
workers have dedicated to the development of China's water
resources and this is the gift that we present to the
30¡¯s anniversary of HRC.
No. 22: New Year Ceremony

Description: On the evening of January 20th 2011, a New
Year Ceremony for 2011 was held in HRC. Some leaders of
NHRI and all the HRC staff members gathered together to
embrace the new year. In the ceremony, HRC staff members
danced and sang songs, displaying the vigorousness, braveness
and cheerfulness of HRC.
The Third Prize:
No. 8: A Brand New Image of HRC

Description: HRC building witnesses the development of
HRC. Year in and year out, many changes take place. Yet,
there is something which always remains --- our attachment
or passion to HRC. The photo taken in April 2011 reflects
a brand new look of HRC at that time.
No. 17: Good Buddies when We Were Young
Presented by Zhao Jianda in 1995
Description: It was a photo of HRC's young technicians
of the designing group taken on the excavation site of
Xikou Pumped Storage Station.

Description: You could find the mountain, the lake and
the yurt on the Gobi Desert as well as the Taishir Hydropower
Station that I have worked in Mongolia.
Prize of Participation is awarded to
eight other participants, including Wang Linjun, Xiong
Jie, Hu Changshuo, Zhang Tian, Zhou Lina, Wei Shaobo,
Cui Zhenhua and Wang Hang. No voter has the right bet
