---The Working Conference on International
Cooperation in National Water Resources Sector was held
in Beijing on March 25 and 26, 2011.Minister of Water
Resources Mr. Chen Lei stressed that we must fully implement
China's diplomatic and foreign affair principles and policies
in the new period and put into practice the guidelines
of the No.1 Document of CCCPC and State Council. He also
urged that we should focus on the central task of water
resources, serve China's overall diplomatic objectives,
and improve the international cooperation on water resources
in efforts to create a new situation to welcome CPC's
90th anniversary with more excellent results.

Group of MWR and Leader of Discipline Inspection Team
to MWR designated by the Central Discipline Inspection
Committee, attended the conference and read out the Circular
on Recognition of Advanced Collectives and Individuals
on International Cooperation in National Water Resources
Sector.
Mr. Lin Ning with HRC was awarded
the honor of Advanced Individual on International Cooperation
