---In 5-7 Jan 2011, examining meeting
for <Planning Guideline of Electric Power Development
for Rural Hydropower Supply Areas>（SL22—92）and <Technical
Norms of Construction for Small Hydropower Stations>（SL172-96）,
of which HRC was responsible for compilation, was held
at Hangzhou and chaired by Bureau of Rural Hydropower
& Electrification, MWR. The compiling group will improve
the versions according to the recommendations at the meeting
for final approval and for an early publication.(2011-01-19)
