for three technical standards of Hangzhou for 2009 were
given to <Compilation Standards of Hydro Energy Development
& Planning for Medium and Small Rivers>, <Norms
of Hydro Energy Design for Small Hydropower> and <Norms
of Installation & Operation for Electric Leakage Protector
