---On Dec. 28, the director of Nanjing
Automation Institute of Water Conservancy & Hydrology,
which belongs to Ministry of Water Resources, Mr. Jiang
Zhaohong, deputy director Mr. Lu Yunyang, Mr. Sun Jingzhong
and Mr. He Shengrong together with division chiefs of
administrative office, finance department, international
department, etc. came to HRC for study and exchange.
Director of HRC, Ms. Cheng Xialei,
deputy director Mr. Xu Jincai, Mr. Huang Jianping, deputy
secretary Mr. Xie Yimin and related division chiefs welcomed
Mr. Jiang Zhaohong and his delegation and held a meeting
with them.
At the meeting, director Ms. Cheng
warmly welcomed Mr. Jiang and his delegation on behalf
of HRC. She introduced HRC's briefing, the work HRC conducted
in recent years and so on. Mr. Jiang deeply appreciated
HRC's achievements and further expressed their wishes
to enhance the communication and cooperation.
At the meeting, deputy director Mr.
Lu Yunyang introduced the organization, professional scopes,
competence and achievements, industrial characteristics
and etc of the Institute. Finally, both sides communicated
and discussed in detail about the work experience and
practices in export of complete equipment set, income
distribution methods, management of scientific research
projects and reached some preliminary agreement in training
