---On Nov. 16~17, 2010, National Working
Conference of MWR on Technical Supervision of Water Resources
was held in Beijing. Vice Minister of Water Resources,
Mr. Hu Siyi presented at the meeting and delivered an
important speech. Director of Department of International
Cooperation and Technology of MWR, Mr. Gao Bo made the
working report. Chief engineer, Mr. Wang Hong made the
conference summary. The conference circulated a notice
of commendation to the outstanding groups and individuals
in the technical supervision field of water resources.
Senior engineer of HRC, Mr. Lu Jianping was awarded the
title of Outstanding Individual.
Director of HRC, Ms. Cheng Xialei attended
