   ---In order to further strengthen the water and hydropower investigation and design, and to meet the requirements for hydropower investigation and design institutions required by Ministry of Construction, HRC sets up "Zhejiang Zhongzhou Water Resources and Hydropower Planning and Design Co., Ltd.". On 30 March, 2010, Zhejiang Industry & Commerce Bureau verified and issued the business license with the registered capital of 3 million RMB Yuan.
