---On 16th November, Mr. Hassan, a
hydropower expert from Sudan paid a visit to HRC, and
made a friendly and in-depth discussion with the leaders
and experts of HRC.
It's the third time for Mr. Hassan
to visit HRC. Dating back to 2004 and 2006, Mr. Hassan,
who was an expert from the Ministry of Electricity in
Sudan, ever visited HRC twice. He sincerely expressed
his desire to work with HRC for the local hydropower development
in Sudan, and actively sought the opportunity for cooperation.
When Mr. Hassan visited HRC again this time, he made a
detailed introduction about the distribution of abundant
water resources in Sudan, and discussed a lot about the
developing mode and technical scheme with the leaders
and experts of HRC.
Under the arrangement of Mr. Hassan,
HRC will dispatch a panel of experts to Sudan next month
for undertaking reconnaissance and helping to select a
suitable site to build a demonstration project of small
