---On October 29th, a 2-delegate group
headed by Mr. Chandra Kumar Golchha, Executive Director
of HULAS Steel Industries visited HRC.
Mr. Dong Dafu, Mr. Lin Ning and Mr.
Xu Wei had technical discussion with the guests for some
potential small & micro hydropower projects of HULAS,
Both sides promise and look forward to enhancing mutual
