---In line with the requirement of
No. 486 document issued by the General Administrative
Office of National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC),
HRC applied to upgrade its project consulting qualification
in April, 2009. After being approved by NDRC, the following
professional hydropower business items of HRC---composing
feasibility study report, project applying report, fund
applying report and assessment consulting, are upgraded
to Grade A qualification; other professional hydropower
service domains including planning and consulting, composing
project proposal, project design and project operation
together with professional water resources engineering
domains including planning and consulting, composing project
proposal, composing feasibility study report, project
applying report, funds applying report, assessment consulting,
project design and project operation remain Grade B qualification.
