---On Mar. 2nd, a group of five members
headed by Mr. Yu Yingfu, the deputy director-general of
the Department of Aid to Foreign Countries, Ministry of
Commerce, came to HRC to inspect our work in international
SHP training.
Ms. Cheng Xialei, executive deputy
director of NRIRE and deputy director of HRC, gave a report
on the general condition of our work with focus on international
SHP training workshops. After the report, Mr. Yu Yingfu
spoke highly and positively of our work especially in
international SHP training and at the same time gave important
instructions to the future work. In addition, on behalf
of the Department of Aid to Foreign Countries, he expressed
his thanks to HRC for our work in international SHP training.
He noted that the central government attaches great importance
to the foreign-aid work and Mr. Hu Jintao, the Chinese
President, has also given special instructions to the
foreign-aid work. Foreign-aid training is treated as an
important strategy in China's foreign relations by the
state. To better implement the foreign-aid training, we
should step up efforts in the build-up of teachers' team,
training course design, personalized management of participants,
improvement of training facilities, training work publicity
and feedback work.
The group visited the training facilities
of HRC. Among the group were Mr. Xu Yuanjie, deputy section
chief of the Department of Aid to Foreign Countries, Ms.
Zhang Min, from Department of Finance, MOFCOM, Ms. Du
Zhaojun£¬from training center of MOFCOM and Mr. Fan Aihua,
deputy section chief of Zhejiang Foreign Trade & Economic
Cooperation Bureau.
Leaders, senior engineers and all staff
of Foreign Affairs and Training Division of HRC attended
