Information of China and Wanfang Data Co.,Ltd., the 6th
Symposium on National Core Journal and its Internalization
and Networking was held in Nanning, Guangxi. Leaders from
administrative departments, including the Publicity Department
of CPC, Science and Technology Ministry and National News
Publishing Bureau, attended and addressed the symposium.
Working personnel of SHP magazine from HRC were designated
for the symposium.
With the theme of "Win-Win Collaboration,
Innovative Cooperation, Let DIO be the bridge connecting
China's journal to the outside world", the symposium
not only evaluated positively of the achievements that
China's science and technology journal scored in the past
few years, but also carried out discussion on the internalization
and networking of China's science and technology journal.
Besides, leaders and experts gave reports respectively
on the symposium. 2008 Chinese Journal Citation Reports
and 2008 Chinese Journal highly-cited indicators were
issued at the symposium. Awarded paper collection was
also published, in which Status Quo and Thought on Science
and Technology Journal of Water Conservancy Project and
Core journal——with SHP as an example compiled by Zhao
Jianda and Wu Hao from HRC was included.(2008-10-08)
