---On 28th Jan 2008, in order to enable
the senior staff of HRC to have a harmonious, civilized,
healthy and happy Spring Festival, Ms. Cheng Xialei, executive
deputy director of HRC, Mr. Li Zhigang, vice director
of National Research Institute for Rural Electrification
(union president), and other leaders visited and greeted
some retired staff, asked with concern about their health
and living conditions, sending New Year's celebration
