---Hangzhou Yatai Hydro Equipment Completing
Co., Ltd., one of HRC's subsidiaries, signed a contract
with a Latin American company called Rio Santa in Peru,
to supply a complete set of electro-mechanical equipment
for Gera II hydropower station (with the installed capacity
of 1กม1950kW) there. The contracted equipment shall be
delivered to Peru in January 2007, and HRC engineers will
go there for providing site services such as supervision
on the installation, commissioning and testing of the
equipment. Now both sides have set up a very close relationship
and are negotiating for the supply of valves and equipment
of another 4 hydropower projects.(2006-09-27)
