---The
2004 Training Workshop on Small Hydro Power Equipment will
be implemented by HRC from 12 Oct to 22 Nov. Currently,
all the related preparatory work is underway. So far, over
20 applicants from Africa, Asia, Oceania and Latin America
are applying for attending the training workshop. By the
end of the course, the participants are required to present,
at the SHP Forum, their country paper covering the hydropower
resources, energy structure, SHP development status, SHP
administration bodies, experience and technology etc of
