July 12, Ms. Zhou Ying, director of Department of Personnel,
Labour and Education, MWR, paid an inspection to HRC. Dr.
Chen Shengshui, director of HRC, introduced the updated
situation and the significant progress of the center under
the leadership of Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute.
In addition to the high appraisal
on HRC's working principle and achievement, Ms. Zhou pointed
out that HRC should continue to grasp every new opportunity
and exert the advantages of itself to make further contribution
in hydropower development. It is of great importance to
base on the scientific view of development, to insist on
the principle of "People Oriented" and to enhance
the building of a strong contingent of cadres and staff,
added Ms. Zhou. Finally, Ms. Zhou emphasized the significance
of paying attention to suggestions and comments of the staff,
including the retirees, concerning for their work and life.
It was appealed to solve the problems arisen in the developing
