Brief introduction to KEKLICEK HEPP
KEKLICEK HEPP is situated in Malatya city, Turkey, The installed capacity is 2×4500kW with the design head of 166.85 meters and unit discharge 3m3/s. The project consists of two Horizontal Francis hydroelectric generating sets. The project adopts non-pressure tunnel and channel diversion, and it is a run-off type Hydro Power Station.

Hangzhou Yatai Hydro Equipment Completing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hangzhou Regional Center for Small Hydropower(HRC), signed the completing electromechanical equipment supply contract in July, 2007, providing turbine, 3-phase synchronous generator, excitation system, governor, butterfly valve, SCADA system, temperature measuring and braking cubicle, automation components, oil, air and water system etc. It passed the preliminary acceptance organized by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey in September 2008, and it is in normal operation now. Our excellent site service won the praises of all parties of this Project in Turkey.

KEKLICEK HEPP is the first power station put into production in Turkey by HRC. There are abundant hydroelectric resources in Turkey. The grid frequency and voltage classes are the same as in China. The equipment has high universality. The successful commissioning of KEKLICEK HEPP accumulates the precious experience for exporting completing equipment, which laid the foundation for exploiting the further small hydropower station markets in Turkey for HRC.
